Motivated by the notorious anomaly in lepton flavor universality ratios $R_{D^{(*)}}$, we study sensitivity of Large Hadron Collider (LHC) to a low-mass charged Higgs boson $H^-$ lighter than $400\,$GeV generic two doublet model. A combination current constraints from $B_c\to\tau \nu$ decay, $B_{s}$ meson mixing data, tau sleptons and di-jet searches at LHC allows explain $R_{D^{(*)}}$ $1\,\sigma$ level Higgs. In this context, estimate reach an search for resonant production, where final state contains energetic $\tau$ decaying hadronically, neutrino with large transverse momentum, additional $b$-jet ($pp \to b+\tau_h + \nu$). Requiring $b$-tagged jet $\tau\nu$ resonance profits suppression Standard Model background, therefore it us judge interpretation anomaly. To demonstrate this, perform fast collider simulation $\tau jet, find that most interesting parameter region whole mass range can already be probed integrated luminosity $139\,$fb$^{-1}$.
